Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book my first appointment?
Book online in a minute, call us or drop in at reception. New patients are usually seen within the same week.
What happens at a first visit?
A full check of teeth and gums, digital X-rays if needed, a chat about any concerns and a clear written plan with prices.
Do you see children?
Yes. First visits are short and playful, and we keep later check-ups relaxed so children grow up confident about the dentist.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. A friend or family member is welcome in the room, especially for longer treatments or nervous patients.
Which payment options do you offer?
We accept cards, most dental insurance plans and offer interest-free monthly plans for larger treatments.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know 24 hours ahead and we will happily move your visit. Late cancellations may carry a small fee.
Do you treat dental emergencies?
We keep same-day slots free every weekday for pain, swelling and broken teeth. Call as early as you can.
Is there parking?
Free parking is available at every clinic, with step-free access and a lift to all treatment rooms.

Questions About Treatment
I have diabetes. Should I tell my dentist?
Yes, please do. Diabetes affects gum health and healing, so we adjust check-up timing and aftercare to keep your mouth healthy.
Why should I wear a mouthguard for sport?
A custom mouthguard spreads the force of a knock and protects teeth, lips and jaw far better than a shop-bought guard.
How long does whitening last?
Usually one to three years. Avoiding smoking and rinsing after coffee or red wine helps the result last longer.
Do dental implants hurt?
Placement is done under local anaesthetic and most patients compare the next few days to a filling. We give clear aftercare advice.
How can I protect my teeth between visits?
Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, clean between teeth daily, limit sugary snacks and keep your hygiene visits.
